How You Will Make An Impact

  • Perform manual application testing across enterprise platforms and document-generation systems
  • Validate generated documents, forms, contracts, PDFs, and policy outputs for accuracy and completeness
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities
  • Perform backend data validation using SQL queries and database verification techniques
  • Conduct API testing using Postman and related testing tools
  • Review application behavior, business rules, and output accuracy against expected requirements
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, defect triage, and release validation activities
  • Support quality assurance efforts across highly regulated business environments


Do you bring proven success in manual QA testing and enterprise application validation?

  • 4–9 years of QA experience preferred for the non-insurance role
  • 5–10+ years of QA experience preferred for insurance-focused candidates
  • Strong hands-on manual testing experience within enterprise application environments
  • Experience validating generated files, forms, PDFs, contracts, or document-based outputs preferred
  • Ability to perform SQL-based backend data validation including:
  • Select statements
  • Grouping
  • Ordering
  • Data comparison and validation
  • Hands-on API testing experience using Postman or similar tools
  • Ability to explain testing methodologies, defect identification, and validation strategies clearly
  • Experience supporting Agile or SDLC-based environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Insurance domain experience strongly preferred for insurance-focused openings
  • Life and annuity experience highly preferred
  • Policy administration system experience preferred
  • Candidates must be comfortable performing substantial manual testing activities
  • Candidates heavily focused on automation-only or SDET-style work may not be the best fit
