Serves as a senior individual contributor and subject-matter expert responsible for leading complex business analytics, AI-enabled insight generation, bot automation, and data-driven solution design across multiple functions or business units. Provides technical leadership, consultative guidance, and mentorship while partnering with business leaders, project teams, developers, risk partners, and end-users to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable analytical and automation solutions.

Identify, evaluate, and support opportunities to apply AI-enabled analytics, bot automation, workflow automation, and scripting to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and decision-making.
