About the Position

  • Term: Fall 2026
  • Department: Procurement (PUR)
  • Location: 800 Kipling Avenue, Toronto, ON - On-site
  • Term Length: 4 or 8 months (September 2026 - December 2026 or April 2027)
  • Salary: The hourly rate for this position is $20.78-$25.67 per hour. Please note, the salary information provided is intended to be used as a guideline. Final rate offered will vary upon candidate's prior co-op/work experience, years of study completed, relevant skills, as well as internal equity considerations.

How You Will Make an Impact

This opportunity involves responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Pulling of Invoice approval, maintain general email inbox to reply to inquiries from vendors, buyers and others
  • Use SAP to process invoices as approvals are received from requestors
  • Prepare weekly Accrual Listing with all outstanding invoices and send weekly to individuals within the company
  • Work alongside Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner
  • Follow up with vendors regarding issued invoices to seek resolution
  • File invoices and assist with ad hoc tasks as required
  • Work alongside buyers to assist them in making amendments to PO Numbers and correcting issued invoices
  • SAP Invoice Uploads

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a post-secondary, undergraduate business, supply chain or operations management program, requiring a co-op placement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, would be an asset
  • 4-month co-op placement with the possibility of extension to 8 months
