Job description

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg is seeking experienced leasing and/or apartment management professionals for a full-time property support position. Property support personnel move to different apartment communities within the corporate portfolio to fill in when a position is open or when a permanent staff member is on leave. Depending on the assignment, they may be operating as a property manager, assistant manager, or leasing consultant. This position's work schedule changes depending on the assignment; Saturday hours may be required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leasing
  • Promote positive image of the apartment community
  • Resident relations and retention
  • Management and administration

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of multifamily property management, leasing experience, or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with some Saturday work as required by the assigned position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance
  • Must pass credit check, background check and drug screening
