Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Days

What You'll Do:
  • Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
  • Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians
  • Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition
  • Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary
  • Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents
  • Advocate for residents, ensuring that care provided aligns with their care plans and personal wishes
  • Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner
  • Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support
