Representing some of the industry's best brands, we specialize in replacement windows, entry doors, siding, roofing, gutters, and exterior trim. Our continued growth has created an opportunity for another talented Project Manager to join our Operations Team.
Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential exterior remodeling projects from contract through completion.
You'll coordinate with homeowners, installation crews, warehouse personnel, suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to our quality standards.
This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately measure replacement windows and doors
  • Order products using manufacturer ordering portals
  • Develop and manage installation schedules
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and deliveries
  • Maintain proactive communication with homeowners throughout each project
  • Review installation photos and inspection reports
  • Schedule municipal inspections
  • Coordinate warranty service and customer punch lists
  • Manage project logistics and jobsite readiness
  • Monitor project profitability and job costs
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • Experience managing residential exterior remodeling projects
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Replacement Windows
    • Entry Doors
    • Siding
    • Exterior Trim
  • Roofing and gutter experience is a plus
  • Ability to accurately measure replacement windows and doors
  • Experience placing manufacturer orders through online ordering portals
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Acrobat/PDF
  • Scheduling software
  • Comfortable learning new technology (we'll train you on our WW360 CRM system)
Preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
