Job description

We are looking for motivated Production Operators to assist our food production plant in Big Bend, WI

Hours:

Days- 6:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Nights - 1:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-Time

Full-Time Production Operator Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

·         Work on a team to provide production and sanitation support.

·         Maintain cleanliness of work areas to facility standards.

·         Work on packaging line, to maintain efficiency of product timelines.

·         Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the company and government.

·         Ability to work in all assigned areas of production including packaging; perform relief duties when required.

·         Ensure that the Master Sanitation Schedule as well as environmental cleaning is consistently completed.

·         Ensure that all documentation is completed and verified daily.

·         Ensure all equipment and facility is properly cleaned per plant procedures and requirements.

·         Work effectively as part of a team and display a positive attitude.

·         Be cooperative and take initiative to ensure smooth operations.

·         Perform other duties/projects as apparent or assigned

 

Full-Time Production Operator Safety Responsibilities :

·         Work in a safe and responsible manner at all times, following all safety policies, procedures, and rules;

·         Report unsafe observations or conditions to a supervisor or manager;

·         Immediately report an injury or accident to a supervisor or manager;

·         Meet all company requirements for training, including but not limited to Hazcom, Chemical Safety, Log Out/Tag Out, Confined Space, PPE, PIT, Ergonomics, etc. 

Full-Time Production Operator Requirements:

  • Experience within food production preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to work shifts, must be flexible to shift

  • Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time

  • Lift 50 lbs. repetitiously
