Job description

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensure operations runs smoothly and efficiently! We’re looking for someone who is ready to take their experience in a similar industry and grow!  

Hourly Pay: 

$25.00/hr.                                 

Shift(s): 

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm

Location: 

8221 East 96th Avenue, Unit C Henderson, CO 80640


  • Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards 

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site 

  • Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties 

  • Lead production and provide customer support when necessary 

  • Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times 


  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility 

  • Demonstrated experience leading a team  

  • Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis
