We have various portfolio companies or ‘platforms’ (also known as rollups, aggregations, or buy-and-builds). Each platform is capitalized with a long-term equity base and has the sole mandate of compounding cash flows for the long term, primarily through M&A. We have a broad mandate and look for opportunities across industries, geographies and the capital structure, although our primary focus is on rollups.

We are seeking a full-time Private Equity Analyst to assist with our investment team (financial modeling, market research, presentation building) and our operations team (portfolio operation and fund administration). Main responsibilities are to assist the Investment Team and the COO across all aspects of private equity investments and portfolio operations.

Company Description

Tucker’s Farm Corporation is a long-duration holding vehicle that proves private equity doesn't have to be boring. Originating as a small goat dairy, we’ve built a family of companies across multiple industries by acquiring durable, cash-flowing businesses in the lower-middle market. We deploy $50M–$100M in long-term capital annually, focusing on active M&A strategies and compounding long-term growth ( think Berkshire or Danaher model over traditional AUM-driven PE). We move fast, value simplicity, and maintain an entrepreneurial, highly active environment—all while proudly keeping our herd of goats.
