CNC Machine Operator

Full-Time | Onsite, Youngstown, FL | $18.00 to $25.00 per hour | Four-Day Work Week

We hire for attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality—not just a specific industry background. If you've operated CNC equipment or other manufacturing machinery, we'd like to talk with you.

Previous woodworking experience is helpful, but not required. Many of the skills needed to succeed in this role transfer from other manufacturing environments. If you're ready to learn our products and processes, we'll help you build on the experience you already have.

For nearly 50 years, E.F. San Juan has manufactured architectural millwork, doors, mouldings, and custom wood products for residential and commercial projects. Our reputation has been built by people who take pride in doing things right.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC routers and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Read work orders, technical drawings, and job specifications.
  • Adjust machine settings to meet production and quality requirements.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot routine issues.
  • Inspect finished components to verify accuracy and quality.
  • Use tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Work with your team to meet production schedules while maintaining our quality standards.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
