Job description

A postdoctoral fellow position is available in the Department of Cardiology. This position focuses on supporting the institution's immunotherapy toxicity research infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing a database of immunotoxicity-related clinical variables, collecting patient clinical data, working with data systems to facilitate automated data capture, coordinating biospecimen tracking and acquisition, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated collection of paired biospecimens and accurate clinical data record keeping.
All duties and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with institutional policies, ethical research standards, and applicable federal and state regulations.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
1. Create a comprehensive data of immunotherapy toxicity variables.
2. Perform quality and validation checks of automated data collection of immunotherapy toxicity variables.
3. Establish workflows for immunotherapy toxicity biospecimen collection and quality control.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must have a graduate degree, be familiar with immunotherapy toxicity, have expertise in database management, and be familiar with computer programming specifically in languages SQL, R, and python.
