Location: Central Florida (with travel outside the state required)

Position Overview

Nu-Pipe is seeking an experienced Polyurethane Grouting Nozzleman to perform and support polyurethane grout injection operations in confined spaces for drainage pipe rehabilitation projects. This field-based role requires hands-on technical skill, physical stamina, and a willingness to travel to multiple job sites, including projects outside Florida. The ideal candidate is eager to work 10 days on, 4 days off and learn new techniques, methods, and materials to grow their expertise.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate polyurethane grout injection equipment and nozzles in confined spaces

  • Prepare and mix grout materials according to project specifications

  • Inject polyurethane grout to seal voids, reinforce structures, and prevent water infiltration

  • Monitor injection pressure, material flow, and application rates to ensure proper installation

  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed

  • Work safely in confined spaces, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations

  • Maintain accurate records of materials used and project progress

  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to ensure project success

  • Learn and adapt to new grouting techniques, methods, and materials

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in polyurethane grouting or similar injection operations

  • Confined Space Entry experience required

  • Knowledge of grout types, injection methods, and nozzle operation

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Physical stamina and comfort working in confined spaces or challenging conditions

  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry regulations

  • CDL preferred but not required

  • Willingness to travel outside Florida for projects

  • Flexibility to work 10 days on, 4 days off
