Job description

Perma-Seal is seeking an experienced Senior PolyLevel Foreman / Crew Chief with hands-on expertise in polyurethane foam injection, concrete lifting, slab leveling, and foundation stabilization. If you currently lead crews in concrete repair, foundation repair, mudjacking, or PolyLevel systems - and you're ready for a stable, growth-focused company - we want to speak with you.

This is not an entry-level installer role. This is a working leadership position for someone who knows the systems and can run a crew efficiently.

What You'll Lead
  • Concrete lifting and leveling (driveways, sidewalks, garage floors, patios)
  • Polyurethane foam injection / PolyLevel application
  • Slab stabilization and void filling
  • Foundation repair coordination
  • Job site safety and quality control
  • Crew performance and training
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily job sites and manage a production crew
  • Assess site conditions and determine proper injection strategy
  • Operate foam rigs and equipment
  • Maintain production efficiency and job profitability
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards
  • Deliver a high-level customer experience
  • Communicate with Production Managers and Operations
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in concrete lifting, foundation repair, or foam injection
  • Proven foreman or crew leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of polyurethane systems (PolyLevel preferred)
  • Ability to train and develop crew members
  • Strong work ethic and accountability mindset
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical environments
