Fred Astaire Dance Studios - Northbrook is seeking a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, guests and prospective clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails and inquiries regarding classes and studio programs.
  • Schedule appointments and manage studio calendars.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
  • Provide administrative support to instructors and management
  • Help managing Facebook/Instagram studio page
