The JH Banking Project Management Team has an opportunity for a Project Manager that will be managing the implementation of software for Jack Henry complementary products. This is an exciting role that will allow you to build upon your existing project management experience by managing multiple projects at a time. You will be working with both internal resources as well as clients to manage the successful completion of assigned projects.
This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you'll be responsible for:
  • Functioning and successfully managing software installation for Jack Henry complementary products in an ever-changing and stressful environment using project management life cycle processes and procedures to meet deadlines.
  • Serving as a liaison between the company, technical resources, non-technical resources, and the customer to ensure a successful implementation of the project.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining all implementation calendars and schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time.
  • Monitoring and tracking all escalations to resolution.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience managing projects.
  • Must possess strong communication skills and be able to build relationships with project stakeholders.

What would be nice for you to have:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience managing IT Implementation projects.
  • Experience with Jack Henry products and services.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Project.
