Job description

Position Highlights:
  • Position: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician
  • Hours: Fulltime
  • Location: Arlington Heights, IL

What you will need:
  • License: Medical license in the state of IL or pending
  • Education: PM&R residency, fellowship a plus
  • Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Skills: Spine and MSK procedures

What you will do:
  • Work with musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients
  • Perform spinal interventional procedures
  • Serve patients from Endeavor Service Area (Chicago Metropolitan Market)
  • Physician will have at least 34 hours per week of direct patient contact
  • Physician may be expected to work extended hours
  • Flexibility to determine own extended hours (early morning, evenings or weekends)
