Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
• Maintain data integrity of guests within Penn National Database and ensure all updates are maintained
• Create drop schedules for direct mail & digital campaigns for the team as well as vendors
• Communicate direct mail and digital marketing campaigns to all affected departments
• Merging and Purging of duplicated customer accounts
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding all direct and digital marketing campaigns
• Proofreading of all direct and digital marketing program materials
• Coordinating with vendors to produce direct marketing campaigns
• Producing email and mobile marketing campaigns using third-party software tools
• Tracking direct marketing expenses
• Direct Mail and Digital Campaign filing and management of all company excluded guests
• Create and maintain sheets for campaign analysis
• Generate results from customer satisfaction surveys for the property
• Generate all Direct Mail and Digital marketing campaign data files.
• Assisting with coupon redemption, gift registration, and special events as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Must be outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic
• Must be an extremely detailed individual with strong critical thinking skills
• Must be a good host and strong communicator with the ability to troubleshoot with guests on or off the phone
• Previous experience with reading SQL, managing a Customer Relationship Management program (CRM), and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Outlook
• Previous experience with programs like ACSC and Cognos BI is preferred
• Knowledge of compliance with department, property, and other company properties
• Be familiar with how Advertising and Promotions are orchestrated
• Must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day-to-day operations
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
• Must be familiar with direct marketing principles, including direct mail and email
• Must be familiar with USPS mailing regulations
• Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in related field or bachelor’s degree for accredited college or university
