Job description

Location: Central Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive and based on experience

Sanpik Inc is expanding and seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our underground utility pipe crews throughout Central Florida.

Open Positions

  • Loader Operators – Operate loaders and related heavy equipment to support excavation, grading, backfilling, and material handling.

  • Pipe Layers – Install and align underground water, sewer, and storm drainage pipe according to plans, grades, and project specifications.

  • Hillmen / Laborers – Assist with pipe installation, excavation, site preparation, trench work, materials, tools, and general jobsite cleanup.

General Responsibilities

  • Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures

  • Work effectively with supervisors, equipment operators, and other crew members

  • Assist with the installation of underground utility systems

  • Complete physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

  • Underground utility, site development, or pipe crew experience is preferred

  • Equipment-operating experience is required for Loader Operator applicants

  • Ability to follow directions and work safely as part of a crew

  • Reliable transportation to assigned jobsites

  • Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical labor

  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

  • Willingness to work outdoors and overtime when project schedules require it
