To thrive as a Full Time Pharmacist, you need a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree, state licensure, and a thorough understanding of pharmacology, medication therapy, and patient counseling. Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, prescription processing software, and automated dispensing equipment is important.
