We are looking to hire a full-time Payment Management Specialist, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for determining the validity of customer orders while providing a positive experience through compassion and problem-solving.
This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.
Schedule: Your choice of the following-
  • Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
  • Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
  • Monday-Friday 11am-7pm

Next available start date: Monday, September 14
Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm. Additionally, there will be in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers through phone and email to determine the validity of an order
  • Contact merchant bank, credit card issuers, and various financial entities to verify payment information
  • Review and process chargebacks and disputes in accordance with merchant bank and PayPal guidelines
  • Use a standard set of guidelines to research into account information, exercising sound decision-making in elevated situations to protect the assets of the company
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding orders that have been canceled for verification
  • Assist with customer service phone call volume as needed
