We are hiring an Experienced Pallet Repair Technician to support a high-volume pallet repair operation in Auburn, Washington. This position is production-driven and best suited for technicians who are efficient, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


The Pallet Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding wooden pallets to meet required grade, quality, and production standards. This role requires consistent output, accurate repairs, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Technicians are expected to maintain productivity while following safety procedures and quality guidelines.


This is steady, year-round work with opportunities for increased earnings based on performance.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Repair and rebuild pallets using nail guns, saws, and hand tools.
  • Identify pallet damage and complete structural repairs efficiently.
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals.
  • Ensure pallets meet grade and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures.
  • Previous experience in a related field like construction, carpentry, or warehousing is preferred Minimum of 1 year pallet repair experience required.
  • Skilled with pneumatic nail guns, saws, and hand tools.
  • Strong understanding of pallet grades and repair standards.
  • Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
