About the Position:
Join our team to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment. Timberlane offers a permanent position perfect for individuals from various backgrounds, including engineering and woodworking technology, who are passionate about pursuing a career in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble custom exterior shutters.
  • Inspect and box final products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to key projects and the overall production process.
Requirements:
  • Math Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations required for precise measurements and assembly tasks. The ability to add and subtract fractions is required.
  • Reading a Tape Measure: Proficient in reading and interpreting measurements from a tape measure to ensure accuracy in production.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly as part of the job duties.
  • Team Player: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a team environment.
