We are looking for a full-time Stock Associate to join our energetic and fast-paced retail team. This role is essential to keeping our stockroom organized, our sales floor replenished, and our customers happy.


What You'll Do

Our Stock Associates know the stockroom inside and out. Working closely with managers and sales associates, you'll help ensure merchandise is processed efficiently, organized properly, and readily available for customers.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Unloading shipping cartons from commercial carriers and verifying carton counts against delivery receipts
  • Checking packing lists to ensure shipment accuracy and notifying management of discrepancies
  • Organizing merchandise placement in the stockroom and on the sales floor
  • Maintaining an organized storage area by following storage design principles and recommending improvements
  • Ensuring accurate inventory controls by properly tagging and categorizing merchandise by gender, brand, style, and size
  • Monitoring for shrinkage and potential security risks and reporting concerns to management
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by:
  • Properly securing ladders
  • Disposing of empty pallets and trash
  • Breaking down cardboard and boot boxes from the sales floor and stockroom
