Retro Bakery is a fast-growing Minnesota-based THC edible brand known for quality, consistency, and a nostalgic, fun vibe. We create gummies, chocolates, baked edibles, and more all crafted with care. We're expanding our production team and looking for reliable, detail-oriented Full-time Manufacturer.

Position Overview

The Full-Time Manufacturer plays a crucial role in our Manufacturing Team. You will be responsible for manufacturing, enrobing, bottling, and packing products to ensure they meet quality standards and reach our packing team accurately and efficiently.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work at a steady pace, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, compliant production environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing
  • Manufacture THC edible products (gummies, chocolates, baked goods, drinks, shots etc.)

  • Accurately weigh, count, and inspect ingredients and unfinished products

  • Label packages with correct compliance information, batch numbers, and dates

  • Maintain a clean, food-safe work area

  • Follow all Minnesota cannabis compliance and safety standards

  • Communicate any quality or equipment issues to supervisors

  • Work Collaboratively within Manufacturing team and Packaging coworkers


    Requirements
    • Must be 21+

    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 3040 lbs

    • High attention to detail and consistency

    • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

    • Works well in a fast-paced environment

    • Prior warehouse, production, or food-handling experience preferred (not required)

    Schedule
    • Full-time, 40 hours per week, 4 10-hour shifts

    • 2nd Shift, 2pm-12am

    • Mon-Thurs schedule (with occasional weekend availability, depending on production needs)
