Job description

Material Handler 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Material Handler for a company based in Plano, TX. In this role, you will have the opportunity to slotting finished goods, restocking and packaging as well as organizing materials and pocking up batch tickets for finished goods orders.
 
Pay Rate
$17.50 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:30 pm. 

Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities
• Physical movement of inbound finished goods from production or inbound staging area to pallet storage.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all assigned isles.
• Assist in the wrapping of pallets for shipping or storage.
• Properly use and maintain the forklift. Logs out, logs back in, and places forklift on charger when needed. Notify manager when need of repairs to forklift.
•Remove and discard all broken pallets from the assigned area.
 
Material Handler Qualifications and Requirements
• Able to follow guidelines and operating procedures established.
• Able to work on their feet for extended periods of time.
• Strong communication skills.
• Lifting assessment.
• Drug screen and Background.
