Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), patient monitoring systems, and Basic Life Support (BLS)/Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications is typically required. Outstanding communication, critical thinking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential soft skills. These competencies ensure safe, efficient recovery for patients after surgery and support collaboration with the broader healthcare team.
