Reports To: Production Manager of Remodeling

General Summary:

We are a premier luxury design-build remodeling firm seeking a Residential Project Manager who brings experience, leadership, and a commitment to five-star client care. Join our collaborative, mission-driven team and bring stunning homes to life one room at a time.


Responsibilities: As our Project Manager, you'll be the key driver ensuring that every CROSS project is executed smoothly, on time, and with superior craftsmanship. Your role blends administrative expertise, on-site leadership, and client-facing finesse.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Schedule: Create, manage, and update daily, weekly, and monthly timelines to keep luxury projects on track and within budget.
  • Client Experience First: Serve as the point of contact during and after the project, building trust and delivering white-glove communication.
  • Quality Control: Coordinate and supervise job sites, Trade Partners, and in-house staff to ensure work exceeds expectations and meets CROSS standards.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Facilitate seamless communication between clients, designers, architects, and Trade Partners using our online project management system.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records, approve invoices, and ensure all project decisions and warranties are properly tracked and executed.
  • Post-Project Stewardship: Stay connected after completion as the warranty specialist, ensuring continued satisfaction and fast resolutions.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing luxury residential remodeling projects (5+ years preferred)
  • Proficiency with online project management systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and client service skills
  • Deep knowledge of construction processes, inspections, permits, and code compliance
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for getting it right the first time
  • Leadership with integrity, accountability, and calm under pressure

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the high-end residential construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, architects, and trade partners
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain project documentation and schedules
  • Ability to ensure work quality and conformance with contractual agreements
