Torque amp; Test: Operators amp; Hands
Torque amp; Test Operators and Assistant Operators
Full-Time | CNC Oilfield Services
Join a growing oilfield services team where safety comes first and hands-on work drives results.
We’re hiring hardworking operators and assistant operators with mechanical skills ready to travel, work outdoors, and build a long-term career in Torque amp; Test, pressure testing, and flange management.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform torqueing, bolt tensioning, and hydrostatic pressure testing
• Work on wellheads, BOPs, valves, flowlines, and manifolds
• Verify torque specs, flange integrity, and pressure test results
• Operate hydraulic torque wrenches, test pumps, and pressure equipment
• Complete field tickets, test charts, and job documentation
• Handle basic troubleshooting and equipment inspections
Safety First:
• Follow oilfield safety standards, JSAs, and site policies
• Maintain PPE compliance and hazard awareness
• Report incidents and use stop work authority when needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Mechanical aptitude (oilfield or industrial experience preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred)
• Ability to read specs, torque charts, and job instructions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
• Willing to travel and work nights, weekends, and on-call schedules
Work Environment:
• Outdoor oil amp; gas / energy job sites with a heavy on-call schedule
• Physically active role (lifting, climbing, working with heavy equipment)
• Safety-sensitive position
