As part of the Company's employment screening process, any applicant to whom an offer of employment is made must pass a test for controlled substances, under the procedures of World Oil Drug & Alcohol policy. Employment offers are conditioned on a negative test result.
Position Summary:
The Terminal Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment at a terminal or storage facility. The position performs tasks such as loading and unloading shipments, monitoring storage tanks and pipelines, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Terminal Operator should have experience in terminal operations, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Completes the gauging of tanks.
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Inspects all facility equipment visually, including pumps and valves.
Samples and test products for quality control.
Maintains knowledge of all piping, pumps valves, water lines, gas lines and electrical conduits,
switches, and controls.
Maintains knowledge of the location of all emergency shut off and disconnect locations at all
times.
Other Functions:
Complies with safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
