Job description

OB Nurse needed for a growing Birthing Center in Beautiful Colorado 

Currently looking for an OB RN to fill an opening within a Hospital setting located around the Las Animas, CO area. Interested candidates would work a desirable 7pm to 7am Nightshift.

Wonderful compensation package with a $7 shift differential for nights and Relocation.

Requirements of the OB Nurse:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred
  • RN Graduate
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Certification and ACLS within one year of employment
  • Full-time, Direct-hire Opportunity
  • Nights; flexible schedule


Responsibilities of the Obstetrics RN:

Performing assessments, monitoring process of labor, preparing for C-sections, inductions, and proper documentation of nursing care. Administer care during labor, post-delivery, and postpartum including infant care and providing patient education. Prepares delivery room, provides emotional support, and coordinates transfers. Administer IV medications, adhere to principles of infection control and general policies of OB department. Knowledge and/or interest in obstetrics and equipment.
