The successful Physical Therapist will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, which is designed for optimal patient recovery and comfort. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments, focusing on their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Conduct hands-on therapy sessions, utilizing a range of techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized modalities to promote healing.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to foster independence.
• Keep abreast of the latest physical therapy advancements and best practices, integrating new techniques into patient care for improved outcomes.

Our patient demographics are diverse, consisting of individuals who have suffered from various injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This role requires sensitivity to the unique needs of each patient, ranging from orthopedic rehabilitation cases to neuromuscular disorders. • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a physical therapy setting, demonstrating proficiency in patient care and rehabilitation strategies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
