What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of security and fire systems hardware.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
- Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Performance Objectives
- Complete assigned training modules and certifications within specified timelines.
- Deliver quality service and support that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Maintain timely and accurate service documentation.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 3+ years of experience in an installation role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
- Experience installing Kidde, DMP, Digital Watchdog, Notifier, and AiPhone preferred
- NICET 1

Physical Requirements

Work Hours & Benefits
- Core work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with travel to customer sites required.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.
- Generous PTO policy and six company holidays in the first year (PTO prorated year one).
Salary & Compensation
- Target pay: $20 - $35 per hour based on experience.
- Company vehicle provided as soon as available, but no earlier than 90 days.
- Company gas card.
