Job description

Utilizing the Nursing Process provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Utilizes effective communication to teach patients and families how to comply with treatment plans to maintain good health.

If employed in a dedicated stroke unit, critical care, or the emergency room, must adhere to (meet) the requirements for educational hours as outlined in the NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Center.
Qualifications: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
Night shift Baylor Program provides additional pay above worked hours.
