To thrive as a Full Time Nanny, you need experience in childcare, knowledge of child development, and often certifications such as CPR and first aid. Familiarity with child safety equipment, household management apps, and daily activity planning tools is typically required. Successful nannies use strong organizational skills, clear communication with parents, and creative problem-solving to foster a positive, nurturing environment for all children in their care.
