Your role

We're growing, and we're looking for an outside Sales Representative to join our team covering Alabama and Mississippi.

Our reps are the heart of that. If you know how to take care of customers and keep them coming back, and you understand how to go find new business, we want to talk to you. As a Outside Sales Representative, you'll get to know your salons well. You'll use that knowledge, along with your business sense and creativity, to help them solve problems and grow their business every single day.

The right person for this role is self-motivated and independent. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get moving. This is a field position, so you'll spend most of your week out on the road in your territory, in salons, face to face with owners and stylists. That's where the real work happens. If sitting behind a desk all day sounds like your idea of a good job, this isn't it. But if you love being out with your customers, building relationships in person, and running your territory like it's your own business, you'll thrive here.
