Job description

Western Colorado Radiologic Associates (WCRA) is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal Radiologist to join their established physician-led practice in Grand Junction, Colorado. This partnership-track opportunity involves supporting St. Mary's Medical Center and regional facilities, interpreting a broad range of musculoskeletal imaging studies, and participating in general diagnostic radiology coverage. The role offers high-quality subspecialty imaging practice combined with an exceptional lifestyle in a scenic outdoor region.

  • Physician-led practice
  • Supports St. Mary's Medical Center, a 310-bed Level II trauma center
  • Supports several regional hospitals and outpatient imaging centers serving western Colorado and eastern Utah
  • Utilizes MosaicOSTM, an AI-enabled platform for workflow optimization
  • Collaborative team of radiologists and advanced practice providers across multiple subspecialties
  • On-site position in Grand Junction, Colorado

Responsibilities

  • Interpret a broad range of musculoskeletal imaging studies
  • Participate in general diagnostic radiology coverage
  • Participate in shared call responsibilities
  • Perform MSK-focused imaging including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and radiography
  • Interpret sports medicine, orthopedic, and trauma-related studies
  • Perform image-guided MSK procedures
  • Provide balanced mix of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency imaging
  • Collaborate with subspecialty-trained radiologists across the practice

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $450,000-$500,000
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

  • Day/1st Shift
  • Full-time (30+ hrs/week)

Requirements

  • Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
  • Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal or Body Imaging
  • BC/BE by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Colorado
  • Comfortable with general diagnostic radiology
  • Experience performing image-guided MSK procedures (preferred)
