The ideal candidate will work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional team to develop antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). The position requires close collaborations with various functional teams, outside partners, CROs, and CDMOs.
Your contribution
Participate in ADC research and development programs by providing chemistry know-how and expertise in protein degraders, molecular glues, payloads, and linkers.
Design and synthesize protein degraders and molecular glues
Coordinate and collaborate with CMC team supporting process development and GMP manufacturing
Prepare preclinical documents for IND filing
Work cross-functionally within the R&D organization
Collaborate with outside partners, CROs, and CDMOs
A good match
Ph.D. or M.S. in organic chemistry or a related discipline with 8 plus years of industry experience in drug discovery and development
Strong experience in protein degraders and molecular glues
Proven track record of creative thinking and consistent delivery as demonstrated by publication/presentation records
Highly organized with a proactive mentality
Thrive in a team center and collaborative environment
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
Preferred Requirements: Experience in ADC payload, linker, and conjugation chemistry, experience in ADC manufacturing process development.

Expected Pay Range: $168,100/year to $268,700/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
