As a leader in residential automation and electrical services, HomePro brings over two decades of experience delivering premium home technology solutions across Texas. We provide homeowners, builders, and designers with expert installations in home entertainment, security, and smart home automation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Model Home Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the presentation and maintenance of HomePro model home installations and acts as a primary point of contact for builders, sales teams, and prospective homeowners.

Responsibilities:
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Organizing schedules, maintaining calendars, and overseeing the logistical flow of projects, products, or events to establish expectations and goals.

  • Communication Hub: Collaborating with team members and clients to adjust if the project goals change. Acting as the main point of contact between departments and clients to ensure alignment.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, managing data, and preparing reports on project performance. Thorough documentation in ERP system to ensure internal and external communication is kept at a high level.

  • Resource Coordination: Ensure field resources are onsite and supplied with all required materials. Assist with request from field resources

  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring compliance with standards and addressing errors or delays immediately.

Skills:
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for liaising with diverse stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically to resolve scheduling conflicts, logistical failures, or last-minute changes.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with clients and team members, often in high-pressure situations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management, scheduling tools, and ODOO operating system.
