Getting hired as a full-time Microsoft full stack developer can be competitive due to the company's rigorous hiring process, which often includes technical assessments, coding interviews, and behavioral evaluations. Strong skills in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with cloud services such as Azure can improve chances, but candidates typically need relevant experience and a solid portfolio to succeed.

Will Fullstack be replaced by AI?

Full Stack Developers play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, and AI is more likely to augment their work rather than replace it entirely. Skills in programming, problem-solving, and understanding both front-end and back-end technologies remain essential, as AI tools can assist but not fully automate complex development tasks.

The salary of a full stack developer at Microsoft typically ranges from $80,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and specific role.
