Key Responsibilities
Own end to end delivery of data engineering initiatives, from requirements intake through design, build, release, and ongoing support.
Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines using Azure and Microsoft data platforms.
Act as the primary engineering interface for business, analytics, and partner stakeholders, driving clarity on scope, timelines, dependencies, and trade offs.
Translate business and analytics requirements into clear technical designs, delivery plans, and effort estimates.
Lead execution for assigned workstreams, ensuring predictable delivery and timely communication of risks and blockers.
Maintain high standards for data quality, performance, reliability, and operational readiness.
Provide hands on development support while also reviewing designs and code produced by other engineers.
Guide sprint planning, prioritization, and backlog refinement from an engineering delivery perspective.
Support incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of long term corrective actions.
