Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of stable adults facing low acuity mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• The capacity to make informed professional evaluations and recommendations regarding treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with an empathetic nature to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to conduct virtual therapy and manage client information effectively.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals or families facing mental health challenges.
