• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, abilities, and behaviors utilizing interviews and behavioral observations to inform your clinical approach.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that integrate social, medical, and psychotherapeutic data, tailoring interventions such as therapy, psychoeducation, and skill training to meet individual patient needs.
• Establish and monitor both short-term and long-term treatment objectives to facilitate meaningful progress.
• Engage patients in dialogue to explore their feelings and behaviors, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Design treatment programs addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and addiction, while also managing pain and interpersonal issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify and address potential psychosocial issues, enhancing the support provided to each patient.
• Stay informed on federal, state, and local legislation affecting mental health practices, ensuring that all company procedures comply with legal and ethical requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned that support the effective operation of the facility and the broader mission of the organization.

You will work with individuals facing acute and chronic mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, and coping with chronic pain. • Must hold a current California LMFT license.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings.
• Proficiency in essential software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a broader patient demographic.

• Greater than 3 years' experience in outpatient mental health settings or integrated healthcare teams.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Previous work with patients experiencing co-occurring disorders and complex psychosocial issues.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
