Our trusted platforms which span software, data intelligence and payments sit at the centre of digital transformation across the maritime industry.  We are now seeking a Junior IT Analyst to join our highimpact team and contribute to the success of one of the sector's most forwardlooking organisations.

Who We're Looking For:

We're searching for an IT Support Administrator to join our team.

That will:

  • Work closely with teams across the business (both US and internationally based employees) supporting internal users with systems maintenance: by monitoring and updating configuration Items (CIs) to ensure accuracy for operational needs.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with software, hardware, connectivity, and user access.
  • Manage inventory of IT devices, peripheral equipment, and consumables.
  • Maintain adequate levels of equipment and consumable products.
  • Replacement of defective equipment and tracking of equipment return to and from employees from around the world.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects, as assigned

Requirements

  • Understanding of IT equipment - workstations, servers, networks, peripherals.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support.
  • 3+ years of experience in general hardware support for servers and workstations.
  • Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Windows.
  • Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience supporting users (both internal and external) utilizing a ticketing system (zendesk).
