Join Our Team as a Full-Time Guest Services Representative at Staybridge Suites Empire Mall!

Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team in Sioux Falls, SD? If so, we are looking for you to join our Front Desk team at Staybridge Suites Empire Mall. As a Full-Time Guest Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. We are looking for someone to cover 2:30-10:30 p.m. shifts 5 days a week/weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, room features, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
