Role: Mainframe Storage Engineer
Remote
Contract role
5+ years working in a mainframe operations environment providing an operational, service, consultancy or support role
Demonstrated strong written and communications skills
The ability to use TSO and ISPF
JCL skills
Ability to write REXX and Assembler programs
DFSMSrmm
Your experience should include implementing and using at least one of the following products: with a desire to expand your skills to cover others:
• DFSMSrmm, CA 1
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Knowledge of other z software, including the system operation and configuration, SMP/E
• Knowledge of the products that compete against the IBM products listed previously
• Knowledge with Storage Administration on IBM Z
