Machine Operator

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Multiple shifts available

Location: Pawtucket & East Providence

Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has previous machine operating experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting while following safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery according to established procedures.
  • Set up and adjust machines as needed for production.
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from equipment.
  • Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments when needed.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify and report equipment, material, or production issues.
  • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
  • Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production requirements.
