📍 Wood County Jail | Wisconsin

Trade the chaos for consistency and bring your nursing skills somewhere they truly matter. At Southern Health Partners, our nurses are a steady presence inside the correctional setting, providing compassionate care, critical thinking, and calm leadership every shift. 🩺💙

We’re looking for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical team at the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. This position follows a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend.

Schedule

⏰ Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
⏰ Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver direct patient care in a secure correctional environment
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Conduct assessments and document inmate health concerns
