Job Summary: We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Logistics Associate to help keep materials moving efficiently throughout our operation. In this role, you will prepare orders, stage materials for shipment, and support inventory accuracy while working as part of a team that plays a critical role in serving our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and prepare materials for customer orders
  • Verify quantities and inspect products before shipment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as trained.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Communicate material shortages, damages, or order issues.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse processes.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
