Job description

Tributary Ranch is a private 21,000-acre luxure hunting ranch and hospitality destination located in the Texas Hill Country. We are known for world-class service, exceptional accommodations, and a warm, family-oriented environment.

We are seeking a Full-time Live-in Housekeeper / Hospitality Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces and enjoys working in a high-end hospitality setting.

On-site employee housing is provided, along with a weekly grocery allowance. Couples are welcome to apply.

We welcome applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States, including those with valid work visas.

Position Overview

This role combines both residential and commercial housekeeping responsibilities across multiple buildings on the ranch, including:

A 30,000 square foot luxury lodge

Three guest cabins

Private residences

Office spaces

Fitness Center

Additional guest and staff facilities

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable and comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during guest stays and hunting seasons.

Key responsibilities:

Daily cleaning and upkeep of all assigned buildings

Dustin, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and sanitizing surfaces

Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas

Making beds and maintaining guest-ready presentation standards

Restocking toiletries, linens, beverages and supplies

Laundry, ironing and organization of linens and towels

Reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages.

Schedule

Full-time position

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Flexible schedule based on ranch occupancy and guest events.
