Job description

Gunster seeks a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant in its Miami office. This role requires a high-energy individual capable of managing heavy, complex scheduling, producing meticulous legal documents, and navigating state and federal court procedures.  Key responsibilities include document production, e-filing in state and federal courts, calendaring, scheduling, file management, and communicating with clients and court staff.  Additional administrative responsibilities include time entry, expense reports, conflicts checks and opening/closing files. Qualifications include a minimum of three years’ experience (large law firm environment preferred), Microsoft proficiency, e-filing proficiency, exceptional attention to detail with a high-level of organization, and excellent written & verbal communication skills. Experience with estate planning, probate administration and litigation is a plus.
