The Mailing & Fulfillment Operator position is a Full time, Regular position.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Verify that processed mail meets established postal service parameters and quality standards.Read and interpret documents to process PAVE mail, insert, fold, and merge letters and envelopes.Apply postage using TABS (glue) and LABELS (handwritten addresses).Operate the card inserting machine efficiently to ensure timely production.Weigh correspondence to estimate mailing requirements.Prepare mail information cards for placement in address trays.Verify address formatting and classify letters according to postal codes.Ensure correct information is printed before placing cards on the production line.Extract cards manually or mechanically and verify tray contents for accuracy.Support sorting machine technicians in case of malfunctions.Conduct inventory checks in warehouse and production areas to ensure material availability.Report any operational errors or issues to the Group Leader.Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
